I had to soak the agitator in hot water for awhile due to it not coming off but once I got it off I took hub off and the teeth were completely worn down. The dishwasher filter and sump area was full of gunk, and had standing water. I removed the gunk, and cleaned and vacuumed the filter and sump pump area. I couldn?t find any leak with the washer. I tried a normal cycle and rinse and spin. The only sign of water leak is at the soap dispenser drawer. I found they?re using tide free and clear non HE soap. That?s the only thing I could see that could potentially cause the washer to leak. All the hoses look good I tightened them at the wall and the washer. I pulled the back off and looked for leaks no signs of water anywhere underneath and in the back.

This is an original Maytag laundry center. The washer is not getting cold water and they also have to trick the board into getting water in the machine at all. When I ran washer when it went into the spin cycle and after a few min it started smoking from under it. Unit 1611 dishwasher needed reboot and diagnostics ran to reset all after maintenance put in new board, ran and tested all after and all is working good.
Unit 514 in bldg 260 washer belt slipping due to over loading and small socks getting stuck in pully cleaned all out ran and tested all and all is running good.

Unit 1: drain pump bad replaced ran and tested all and all is working good.
Unit 2: RPS sensor bad replaced ran and tested all is working good.
Unit 3: Drain hose busted and RPS sensor bad replaced all and all is running good.

I pulled the dishwasher out to check the water valve and the actuator to see if they were leaking. No water to be found in the sump. I ran for 15 minutes I still didn?t see any water at all. At some point the door gasket was replaced it looks good except all the build up around the door and the hinges. I cleaned it up as best I could. The door wasn?t closing properly because the mounting brackets weren?t installed properly. Also the machine was out of level. I mounted the dishwasher the core t way and leveled it. The door seems to be working fine and there are no leaks coming from the front. I?m

The washer machine starts and goes into a cycle with no problem. Advised the customer that you have to hold the start button for at least 3 seconds to start the cycle. Also advised to call back if there is any other issue.
