The wiring harness was no longer clipped to the bottom of the basket. It had ripped the wires out of a connector for the tps sensor. I found some clothing wrapped up in the belt pulley that probably had something to do with the wires being ripped out. I replaced the broken wires with new connections. I ran and tested the washer it seems to be working fine. It may need a new wiring harness if the problem comes up again. See attachments. Harness is $180.00 plus another $80 for labor and taxes.

Complaint of no wash. Following stored errors. F4E3 motor electrical fault F10E1 soap dispenser fault F7E1 heater error Diagnostic cycle motor does run but is louder than normal operation. Circulation pressure is low. Seizing rotor causing noise and weak circulation pressure. Needs new wash motor. Complaint of rinse aid not dispersing. Error for dispensing. Soap door still actuates.Confirmed continuity through heater element at 14 ohms. This error is common with poor circulation as element is submerged in more water than typical causing off temp readings to the control. Cleared errors. Installed new wash motor and tested via normal wash. Circulation pressure is good. Unit testing good.
