I got there and there was still water in the tub. I set it to drain and spin and it drained the water out and spun. I checked diagnostic mode and the only code it had was f0 e3 which is an over load or too heavy of a load. I cleared the code and ran a test cycle. I also ran a recalibration of the washer. It worked fine while I was there. I told the customer if it happens again I can check for new codes. I also checked the shock absorbers they seem to be fine and the tub didn?t bottom out.

Auger was not working, used steamed and took about 3 min to defrost and was able to get it working again. Customer also needs an inlet valve but is going to talk to wife about getting that done or not. Water works just keeps coming out for about 10 seconds once you stop. Part number will be in notes.

Explain to customer always load washer with half tub size they did explain that they were doing a full load when the noises occurred when checking the belt noticed that the tub seal was leaking and belt starting to wear out . Will need new belt # tub seal#
Will recommend getting a second hand remove the tub

There was a small hole in the water line going to ice maker so I cut the line and put a connector on and it?s not leaking anymore.
Also did a short dryer vent cleaning.

New board and still unit was not heating up went behind the unit and noticed that there was a tiny wire behind a convection fan causing this issue reattached the wire and now unit is working didn't charge customer they paid last time

Customer complaint was that the unit would not drain when diagnosing unit notice that the drain pump was bad went ahead and replaced pump unit now working with in specs if customer wants to replace drain hose would need to make sure unit is pulled out
