I cleaned the drain ports and the drain tube there was slime and grime in there. I put it on the clean cycle and threw some afresh in it to help clean it.

Washer won't fill or go into cycle, ran a diagnostic mode and the DC1 error code came up. (Door lock issue). Ran a spin only cycle, and the lid lock was then activated and locking properly. I then ran a second diagnostic test, the washer passed the test with no error code this time. Unit might have an intermittent lock issue but is now working correctly at the moment. Customer will call back if the issue happens again.

Dryer was tripping breaker after about 5 min f running, I took back off and tested all the components and they were all good. I checked heating sled to see if a coil was grounded and none were. I then checked power going o appliance which was 240. The venting was clean but there was a lot of it and it was pushed together so i removed venting and ran dryer and it went over 10min without tripping breaker. I shortened venting then installed a maintenance kit and vacuumed out dryer. Drying is running without tripping break and is no longer squeaking.

Could not determine exact location of gas leak other than it is internal to dryer. Customer advised due to low pressure of leak it is difficult to narrow to q component.
