Problem was recreated this time but it is intermittent as she has done 2 load since I was here last and one washes without issues and one had the issues.
Since problem was able to be recreated I hooked up smart HQ and it failed the fill test so new valves are needed.
12/21 switched out valve asm and hooked up smart HQ ran the ran the low flow pressure sensor test and it passed. Then had customer put cloths on and ran a speed wash and it worked without issues.
