The washer passed the diagnostic test, and went into a spin cycle with no problems. The drain filter is clear. Ran a full rinse and spin cycle to confirm the washer is correctly going into a spin cycle. The washer went into a spin cycle while running the rinse and spin option, and completed the cycle with no issues. Advised the customer if the washer is overloaded, it can sometimes go out of balance and stop the spin cycle.

Customer recently had a fire involving the stove. The stove is full of grease, and I informed the customer that the amount of grease on the stove is not ideal and can cause another fire. The glass top is not cracked, but has some cosmetic issues around the burners. Advised the customer to keep the stove clean, and to always clean any grease platter off the stove. All the stove elements are working properly. Also gave the customer a quote for a new glass top if they wanted it replaced. I would recommend a new glass top since the damage it currently has is not fixable. A new glass top would be around a $600 repair.

Machine belt was off track replaced belt back on machine, tested all thermostats and relays all are testing good, unable to run machine due to it being a card access machine and no card on site.
Washer belts are stretched and slipping when loaded causing the burning smell, replaced belts with kit ran and tested all and all is spinning and running good.

Washer will fill with water by won?t agitate. It makes a very loud noise like the motor is trying to work then the clutch started to smoke. It does go into the spin cycle and drains but the motor makes a loud clicking noise and the clutch and drain pump are super loud. Clutch assy and motor were recommended. Due to washer being 21 years old customer decided to get a new one.
