Dryer: customer wasn?t sure it was getting to hot, checked venting which is good then used my thermal coupler to test the temperature and it regulated between 200? and 115? like it should.
Washer: there as a slight leaking coming from front door but the boot was dirt so that was cleaned out and the panel seemed like it wasn?t on correctly by the detergent dispenser so I adjusted that and cleaned the gunk around it and once it was clean and all back together I ran it again and there was no signs of leaks.
Customer did had a infestation about a month ago so when I took the UI off and looked at it it seemed to have brown stuff all over it from the infestation which could have caused the electrical issues but she is just going to use it till it breaks.

There is a section of the lip where the boot sits on the outer white drum that is super rough and is shredding the door boot inch is causing a leak underneath machine. Dryer was manufactured in 2019
Customer is going t try calling GE but is not getting it fixed by us since the boot will keep tearing.

Customer states the washer was going out of balance. Inspected all the springs underneath the washer, and ran and tested with clothes. The washer did not go out of balance and seems to work properly. Advised not to over load the unit, and take a video if it happends again. Dryer vent is good and doesn't need to be cleaned.
