door switch worked but then stopped working and the would work again so there is a short. i tested ice maker when i was able to get door switch to work and its not getting the voltage needed. there seems to be either a bad board or a broken wire in the harness which can?t be accessed. the only UI available is in the color white and it?s a stainless fridge so she is not going to attempt to do the fix since it could be a harness issue also.

The washer passed all diagnostic test, and the recalibration test. When running a quick cycle, the washer will stop around the 20 minute mark, and try to drain. I can feel the drain pump vibrating , but it's not pushing the water out. The washer also had a lot of suds at that time. When I cleared most of the suds, the washer advanced further into the cycle. but eventually the drain pump failed to work again. The washer needs a new drain pump. I replaced the drain pump, and ran a quick cycle to make sure it wouldn't have the same issue. Everything is working properly now.

hooked up smart HQ and the only error code was for no drain and when i tried to turn pump on it would say it was on but there was no noise at all. i then accessed the pump to make sure it was connected all the way and it was. i removed lid on washer and tested voltage at board for drain pump and it was not sending the correct voltage to turn pump on so a new control board is needed. customer is not sure if they are going to fix or not so an estimate was mailed and part number is in the notes if they decide to fix

Dishwasher needs a new control board. Heater isn?t working. Amp reading on the black lead to the board is .3 everything else functions fine.
New board has been installed and the dishwasher is working properly now.
