Complaint of cooking outcomes under done. Measured temp sensor at 1.076 k ohms from ACU at room temp a proper reading. Preheated to 200 degree bake and at pre heat oven was at 234 degrees, a proper reading post pre heat. Offered measured calibration. Customer declined and will self calibrate.

Complaint of warm temps in FF section and noise. Defrost problem in FF section measured 55 degrees. Measured 110 ohms through FF element, a proper reading. FF Evap sensor testing open. Unit will not force defrost due to open sensor. Quote for board and sensor. Once new sensor installed force defrost to confirm ACU can turn on defrost circuit.
On return repair unable to unseat Evap cover from evaporator. Customer advised to self defrost to avoid damage to essential components.
Returned. Unit defrosted. Unplugged sensor and measured sensor directly at 2.6 k ohms equivalent to 66 degrees a proper reading. Put jumper wire in defrost sensor receptacle. Still measuring open at ACU. Break in harness internal in liner. Unit cannot be repaired,

The motor is in bad shape and making noises when you spin it by hand. The noise is more noticable at the beginning and end of the cycle. Unit more then likely ends it's cycle early because the motor is over heating. The dryer will need a new motor. Customer will be buying a new dryer.

Unit is doing same thing as last time, ran diagnostics and the error code is a stuck key. Unhooked UI and drain pump ran for 2 min which indicates a bad UI was sent. Ordering another one to install on Friday
Trip and part covered under warranty
9/15 installed new UI control and dishwasher is running without issues. Let customer know that if it stops working again they will also need the main control bait. But they will just get a new appliance if it happens again

Washer was making noise and spinning funny. When the lid was opened it would stop suddenly. The breaks were greased but it?s still happening.
Customer was given estimate and is going to think about fixing this or getting a new one.

Dryer runes and igniter lights but no flame. Parts needed are valve assy and motor. Customer knows we have to put claims into NL and it needed to get approved before we are able to fix it.
