The washer won't properly go into a spin cycle. The washer is showing signs that the drive block hub is stripped and will need to be replaced. The agitator is seized up, therefore it's hard to safely remove without causing any damage. The agitator will need to be broken off, removed And replaced to confirm the diagnosis. Had to break the agitator off, but the part that the agitator connects to the shaft is seized on, and won't come off, without potentially ruining the shaft connection.

The washer makes a noise when ever the agitator changes directions. The clutch has some wiggle room because the teeth grooves dont seem to be lining up snug anymore. I would recommend to repair with the clutch pulley and cam kit. The wash also needs a new actuator. I repalced both parts, ran and tested, the washer now works properly.

The customer stated the dishwasher was leaking from the front left corner. The dishwashers filter and the float switch were gunked up. I cleaned all components within the dishwasher. Both spray arms are in good shape with no cracks. also leveled the dishwasher so the water slightly favors the back side, to reduce the risk of water finding it's way out in the front. Customer stated she doesn't feel the bottom oven is maintaining it tempature. All 4 element passed the continuity test. Both tempature sensors gave a good k-ohms reading. All connections are good in the back side. I set the oven for 400 degrees, and monitored how the tempature is fluctuating. The oven is getting a high fo 420 and low of 383, which confirms the oven if getting a good average of 400. Advised to to adjust the tempature to 405-410 to help compensate if needed while cooking certain items.

Oven heated to 350? without issues and igniter was pulling 3.4AMPS, put oven at 400? and it heated without issues. The flames on the burners were super high or very low so I cleaned the orifice on all of them and they are working better now.
Range hood needs a new motor but due to age and cost and being able to not find parts needed for the brand customer is going to get a new one.
Customer dryer vent is a very long vent and they are going to have Dry vent wizards come out and install a new one due to the way it runs in the basement.
