Unit making a loud noise on site, the motor is damaged. Customer will be purchasing a new unit.

Fill valve bad allowing water to slowly enter sump and fill the fill valve will need to be replaced. Replaced inlet valve tested and seeing no leak by all is working good.

Unit will not spin on site. Diagnostics shows the unit has a faulty main bourd and lock switch. The customer will be purchasing a new unit due to repair cost.

Dryer was making a random squeaking sound so it was taken it apart and the idler wheel was very difficult to turn. A new maintenance kit was installed.

Complaint of no water. Following errors F6E4 float switch error Ran diagnostic cycle and unit fills. Found screw under float switch which may have caused switch stuck up causing no fill. Vacuumed out debris. Reviewed use and care for unit. Left unit in wash with afresh.

The washer bearing is bad the rear gear has worn into the housing. They need a new washer. The dryer has a bad upper bearing. When I pulled it apart I noticed the computer board is burnt and a couple of the wires are melted.

Evap fan and defrost sensor bad customer will replace due to other issues and age of machine.

Complaint of no wash F5E1 F6E4 Unit filled with debris. Spray arms all clogged and do not spin. Drain is slow. Customer advised solid debris cannot enter unit. Ordering upper and lower wash arms. Return with wet vac to clean unit. Vacuumed unit. Scrubbed both filters. Replaced spray arms. Ran unit on heavy sani rinse with afresh tablet. Unit now circulating properly.

Ran dishwasher for about 45min and there was no unusual sounds while running. Let customer know he has 90 days with this trip charge if it happens again and to also try and record sound to help pinpoint what it could possibly be.

If customer calls back will recommend board # Unit was workin fine didn?t see no issue did see a little corrosion on the board that can possible be the issue told customer just keep on running unit .

Ordering parts for customer and dropping them off for her to install.

The motor was jammed with a piece of clothing. I safely removed the clothing, ran and tested, everything is working good now. Vacumed the lint within the dryer.

When I got to customer home unit was working fine customer did explain that the unit started to work right after they called but they did say they were cleaning the unit at least 20 minutes or more so this is the reason possible it didn?t cool properly yet. Whenever they clean the unit turn the unit off and wait 24 hours for proper cooling. There was a small block of ice in the corner of the unit cleaned it all out.

Washer will need main computer and motor parts and main pcb is no longer available.

Dryer has a defective motor, customer plans to buy a new dryer unit.

Replaced the bake igniter.

Fridge is working without issues now. FF temp is at 39? and freezer temp is at 2?. Freezer door was left open all night which would be why the ice melted together with the hot air getting into that section.

Dishwasher is leaking at the mechanism and a new one is needed. Customer decided due to price of part and age of appliance (20 yrs) that he is going to get a new one

Will have to research cooktop and downdraft parts that are needed, Refrigerator Icemaker turned off and turned on cycle tested all and all filled and went to home position wait 24 hours for ice production.

Error code is for a communication issues between main control and UI. Gave customer a quote and they are going to get a new appliance.

No heat on site. Thermal fuse and high limit thermostat did not pass continuity test, both will need to be replaced. Replaced both fuses, the dryer is now heating up and running properly. Cleaned and vacuumed within the dryer.

Needs shocks for washer unbalanced loads. Installed the new shock absorbers and the washer doesn?t seem to vibrate as much as it used to. The basket seems more balanced.

Microwave- complaint of no heat. Unit turns on. Loud hum from magnetron. Magnetron is $300 on its own. Recommended replacement. Customer researching repair costs. Oven- door hinge failure. Needs new hinges. Oven door is functional as it is now. Customer will call if they opt to repair. 30 day quote limit waived for this report. It is clearly the hinges and another service call is not needed even if customer calls for repair in excess of 30 days.

Dishwasher is not working, when issue frost started she was able to reset breaker and get it working for a bit but then that stopped working also. I tried to hook up to smart HQ and it won?t connect. It says it can?t read which shows the unit needs a new main board and a UI board. Customer is going to get a new appliance

Complaint of odor from drain and moldy film on dishes/racks. No stored errors. Heater element does not turn on at end of cycle. Based on customer presets they are not using heated wash. Element may have been out of service prior to this issue. Customer water supply takes 4 fill cycles to get hot at dishwasher. Cold water does not dissolve soap effectively and over suds is present. Customer advised run afresh wash cycles till suds level is no longer palpable. Advised prime hot water at sink before running unit. Advised switching to pods detergent to ensure over soaping doesn?t occur. If issue persists a new element would enable high temp wash option to boost water temp. Customer to monitor and will call if they opt to replace element.

Tried to get sound to duplicate and was unable to, tested all put into defrost mode all is running good and working good.

No draining on site. I removed the drain pump and found that a small stick was jamming the drain pump from working properly. I removed the object, ran and tested, the unit now drains.

Replaced timer. Unit now stops at the end of the cycle.

Customer already had the agitator tower disassembled, with the center bolt unscrewed, but it was still jammed in place. I was able to get the agitator off by lifting and rocking left and right. I removed the shirt, ran and tested, unit is now working good.

Replaced gearbox and actuator due to water / oil leak Unit also ended up having worn cam and belt . Replaced capacitor as courtesy as it was damaged during disassembly Drain pump had trouble starting during testing , may just be due to running dry could not get it to fail again after water was in unit Customer to monitor

Ran unit multiple times there?s definitely heat possible issue vent clog will recommend getting it clean out which is going to the roof so will advise getting a hold of that vent wizard .

Unit will not drain or spin on site. The lid switch was not fully closing, therefore the unit would not go into spin mode. I did a minor adjustment to the lid switch, the unit now drains and spins.

Unit is working properly The flex zone (bottom right door) was set to freeze and froze items - advised customer on how to set temperature to chill (refrigerator temperature)

Complaint of unit overflowing with water/no drain with burning odor. Customer was able to open door despite unit being full of water. Put unit in diagnostic and ran spin test. Unit spins immediately without evacuating water. Unit not sensing water level or water empty in machine. Customer advised LG does not provide diagnostic on water level errors beyond replacing sensor. Quoted for sensor and PCB advising if PCB is not needed it would not be installed. Drain pump is currently working replacing based on customer feedback that pump was running long and making burning smell. Installed new sensor and board. Issue persists. Ordering pressure hose and pressure switch, stock hose is testing good, possible undetectable pin hole leak. I changed the hose and the water pressure valve. I cleaned out the connection to the wash tub drain hose to make sure there was nothing inside making the machine over fill. With the new main board, the water pressure sensor, and the new hose the washer is filling to the proper level during the wash cycle. It then stops filling and proceeds to tumble. I ran numerous different cycles and none of them over filled the drum. The drain pump was also replaced because it was running non stop for a long time and the customer thought they could smell it getting hot.

Heating element bad replaced tested and all is heating good.

Unit has sealed system issue (appears to be low on gas) checked owners manual and unit only has a 1yr full warranty

Bake was not working in oven broil was working. Tested amps on igniter it was only getting about 2.3. Installed new igniter and it?s getting 3.3 amps and starting without issues.

Customer dishwasher was leaking from the valve on the water line went ahead and replaced part and ran a smart install not getting any leaks and unit passed and is working with in specs informed customer to monitor unit but she should be in good hands complete

Stator bolt fell out and caused stator to wobble and destroy the seals and bearings will need a new gearcase and motor stator not cost affective to repair machine.

Unit not going into cycle or spinning site. Getting an error code for a bad shifter. Washing machine shifter will need to be replaced, based on shifter error. Paid in full. Replaced mode shifter. Ran and tested, washing machine now going into cycle and working good.

Ran both ovens up to temp and all is working good, if code returns the recommend replacing fan and sensor.

Refrigerator and freezer not at temps it should be. Ice maker is not working either. Everything else is working correctly. Fridge has a linear compressor issues and a new one is needed.

Customer had a burnt wire that goes to the regulators causing the left side of the elements not to work went ahead and splice the wire and capped them off and got unit to work complete

Unit would not spin on site. Enter the washing machine in diagnostic mode, and was giving a LE error code. Motor issue. After inspecting the washer drive motor I seen there was damage, along with a broken coil. Customer will put the money for the repair towards a new one.

13 year old Samsung dryer customer coating that is not heating well. Everything is working and heating. Talked to customers about getting vent cleaning and they said they will just get a new dryer if that doesn?t work since it?s old.

Frost buildup on FF evap fan from customer opening door so much during item transfer, defrosted all tested all and all is running good.

Ran dryer through manual dry temperatures on at 109? and off at 205? countdown is normal, ran dryer on sensor dry all is counting down and working as normal.

Went ahead and replaced evap cover temp sensor and drain kit and extended the defrost cycle made sure no error codes appeared on the screen now unit is operating with in specs complete

Inlet valve allowing leak by and causing sump to refill between washes, changed inlet valve ran and tested all is leak free.

Needs a new door lock he motor is shot and making bad noises. I removed the oven from under the counter, then , the front door , the control panel and all necessary pieces to get to the door lock. I replaced the door lock and put the unit back together. I tested the oven, it is working well.

Washer was not working, when on the drain pump would run constantly and once off there was a hair clip in it. Installed new drain pump and lid lock and washer is working without issues.

After diagnosing the oven, nothing was found. Ran and tested, the smell seems to be going away, or not as strong anymore.

Customer complained of washer leaking. Filled washer and ran it a bit then drained and no leak. Inside the cabinet of the washer is completely dry and hoses are not leaking anywhere. Checked drain pipes in back of washer and there is water and suds on them. Let customer know that she needs to contact a plumber. Talked to customer about not over filling freezer because if seal can?t happen on door ice will form on the inside due to hot air getting in.

When diagnosing unit customer washer would not go into a agitation or a spin mode and will spit a unbalanced error code when looking at the bottom the belt is on right and when detached the motor will spin customer had a bad gear case and will need to be replaced also educated him on the additional tec as well will get back to us if wanting to go along with repair

Shaft is getting stuck in on position. Ordering new one and switches 9/7 installed new gas valve but switches were not needed. Everything is working

Checked full frost about 15 min in and only partial frost this is a seal system issue will recommend getting compressor checked .

Washing machine has standing water on site, and is not draining. Unit needs a new drain pump. Customer does not want to go through with the repair due to price, and the fact that his control bourd is also giving him issues.

She may need this control panel if the bottom doesn?t hold WE19M1687. Pulled the dryer apart to get the spring out for the power button. Installed the spi.ring and glued it in. If it breaks again it?s time to replace the user interface or possibly the dryer.

The fridge temp was 72 and the freezer was 70. I pulled the covers off the back of the freezer and the evap fan is working. The coils are all room temperature no signs of frost and not even cool. I pulled the unit it out and removed the rear plate. The compressor and fan are running and working. The coils are a little dusty but nothing to cause the unit to not cool. I unplugged the unit and let sit for 2 min. I reset the unit let in run for 20 min and still no frost in the evap coil. Unit is a Kenmore elite built by lg. there is an issue with the sealed system or possibly the compressor has failed internally. Unit is 4yrs old and under warranty she is having sears come look at it.

Ran a spin cycle with towels, and noticed noises that sound like the unit has a barring issue in spin mode. very loud when the tub starts to slow down and end the cycle. Customer states she's plans on buying a new one, just wanted confirmation if this was the issue.

Door door skin off to make sure inner door was not wet to verify dispenser was not leaking and it?s not. Going to order lower door seal. 9/5 ordering lower spray arm 9/7 installed new lower spray arm and ran on heavy duty for about 20min without a leak then put it in and be hour wash and ran it for 25min without a leak.

Customers unit had a bunch of frost builded up on the left hand side of the freezer when diagnosing unit and opening fridge seen a gap on the freezer door not properly shut allowing warm and cold air to get in which caused all the frost cleaned it up and educated customer to make sure they are closing the door right and to monitor it
