customer said that after using washer they will usually come back down stairs and there will be water in the tub but it wasn?t there when they took the cloths out. There are no error codes, went through service mode without issues. i check the drain hose and it was down a pipe and it seemed like it was really deep in so i removed it and put it in the sink and ran a load and no water came back in then i put drain line back in pipe and ran again and no water came back in. Valves are good and not leaking but it does seem the issues was the drain was syphoning the water back in. i put drain line in sink to help and told customers to keep an eye on it.

There weeent any error codes in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostic washer test and no issues. I ran a quick wash and no issues. It seems to be draining fine. She says it?s not drying well either also the wash doesn?t always seem to complete. The only thing I found was the owl electronic eye had a bunch of slimy goopy stuff in it. I cleaned it off. She?s going to run it and test it out a few times if it has an isssue still I told them to call the office.

THe panel for the vent cover had fallen off. I put it back on and tested. I?m assuming the water was leaking from there into the drip pan. I ran and tested the dishwasher and found no leaks. The dishwasher is missing the brackets to mount it under the cabinet. I put it back in the way I found it. It uses special mounts that I don?t stock on my van. She?s ok with it the way it is.

Customer had a water leak that soaked the machine. The breaker was tripped. Reset the breaker and tested the washer and dryer. Both are working properly.
