Dryer: customer wasn?t sure it was getting to hot, checked venting which is good then used my thermal coupler to test the temperature and it regulated between 200? and 115? like it should.
Washer: there as a slight leaking coming from front door but the boot was dirt so that was cleaned out and the panel seemed like it wasn?t on correctly by the detergent dispenser so I adjusted that and cleaned the gunk around it and once it was clean and all back together I ran it again and there was no signs of leaks.
Customer did had a infestation about a month ago so when I took the UI off and looked at it it seemed to have brown stuff all over it from the infestation which could have caused the electrical issues but she is just going to use it till it breaks.

The dryer smelled like it was getting a little hot. I tested it and it was on the warm side. So I checked the vent flaps on the back of the house and they?re wide open when the dryer is running. I pulled the dryer apart and noticed the belt was worn fraying and dry cracked. I installed a maintenance kit reassembled and tested again. It seems to be running much better. I didn?t smell anything abnormal. I think in the belt was barely spinning the drum and fan and the dryer was running a bit hotter from a loose belt. There wasn?t that much lint in the dryer so it def wasn?t the issues. I cleaned what was in there out.
