Refrigerator was getting warm but deli drawer was freezing, evap fan stopped working so a new one was installed and all ice was defrosted. A softwear update was also done on fridge. Dryer was throwing an AF error code so I removed the venting which seemed to be right to the back wall and ran dryer and it didn?t throw the code. I removed some of the extra venting and pulled away from wall to give more space and ran dryer again and there was no code. Let customer know that it should be away from the wall so the venting is not constricted.

When I first got there it counted down from 140 mins and decreases its time by 10 seconds every few seconds. I went into diagnostic mode and found a door lock error and the door not latching within 4second count down. I ran and tested the unit in diagnostic and everything worked fine. I ran again in regular customer mode. I ran 4 cycles without any problems. I noticed the right side of the dishwasher was not connected to the cabinets. This was causing the door to bind up a little. I installed a new screw to stop the dishwasher from moving around. It may need a new door latch if the problem occurs again. It is possible the main computer board is an issue. At the moment the unit is running good. I cleared the codes out of the dishwasher. F5-E1 f5-e2

It had a 2e and a 39e code flashing on the display. I replaced the fridge temp sensor and the thermistor for the fridge. Plugged it back in and the codes are gone. The water and ice weren?t working because the codes were flashing on The touch screen. I tested the water and it?s working fine. The fridge temp was at 42 degrees. It may have been running a bit warm for the ice maker to make cubes. The auger is working and it seems like all should be working. It may take about 48hours for ice maker to start producing ice. The fan for the fridge is working good it should be cooling just fine.

Washer was getting a 3c2 error code which is the motor. I took motor off and tested it and the windings don?t read the same. Motor is bad. Customer is going t get a new appliance.

Unit has multiple issues. Main issue is that water is pouring through the center of the drum, therefore splashing water everywhere including on the motor. Washer if very old and too expensive to repair.
