Complaint of warm FF temps. Not outright warm complaint of hugs not feeling as cold as normal. Measured -8.3 degrees in FZ and 41 degrees in FF section with IR thermostat. With thermocouple placed under contents of FF section measured temperature of contents at 38.1 degrees.
Temperature of contents is closer to what solid state thermistor communicates to control. Damper is open. Evap fan running. When temp adjustment knob is adjusted up or down damper motor is heard actuating appropriately. Inspected freezer and frost is present on Ice box and contents of freezer. Ice door flapper is not seating all the way.

Resivoir, filter frozen defrosted and water now works . Ice maker needs kit but customer declines additional repair, may be causing water parts to freeze as ice bucket will not seal due to ice maker issues

Complaint of noise during use, found sticking idler pulley, replaced all rollers and idler with repair kit. Replaced belt with whirlpool oversized drum belt. Tested unit and unit tested good.
