microwave is built in and had to be removed in order to access boards. there is 120VAC at the noise filter but there is not 120VAC going to CN1 and CN2 on the other board so the wire harness is broken and needed. customer thinks they are just going to get a new one but if they decide to fix this the part number and prices are in the notes.

I pulled the drain tubes they?re clear. I checked the reservoir for leaks I didn?t see any signs of water: it looks like the drain for the fridge evap is the problem I ran my steam vac and blew through the lines. washer works intermittently and when it doesn?t work it the lid lock, spin and wash buttons flash 3 times then pause. i found a bulletin about the lid lock and and the lid switch arm and made sure it was in the right position and that the lid was less than 2? open when the switch was activated.
i called speed queen tech support and Jeff had me check the same thing with the lid switch arm and when that was verified as good i went to the main board and tested black wire on H1 to Red wire on H5 and it shows continuity so board is shorted and a new one is needed.
jeff stated that customer still has 1002 days left with her warranty which covered parts and labor so the part number (204659P) was given to her for her to call speed queen and set us service for warranty call.
