The oven is reaching tempature very slowly. All elements passed the continuity test. The tempature sensor has a good k-ohms reading. Power is only going to the center convection fan element. Ran the oven for 10 minutes, and no voltage is being sent to the bake element. Tested the broiler setting, and no voltage is also going to the broiler. The main board is faulty and will need to be replaced.

The door switch passed the continuity test, but it seems the locking mechanism did not fully reset itself. After resetting the lock, the dishwasher now recognizes that the door is closed. Ran and tested, the dishwasher now starts a cycle and is working properly. I would recommend to replaced the lock if the same issue happens again.

Customer stated that the other day they ran it and there was so much steam coming out of the top part by the door that the whole counter was soaked. I ran a rinse cycle and noting leaks put them I was able to get it in diagnostic mode and it tested all cycles at short intervals and when it was done I pointed out that there was no steam leaking but when I opened the door all the steam came out. Told them if it happens again to record it and to make sure that nothing is stuck between the door and the frame.
