The unit will not power on at all so I can?t run it. It seems like something is shorted on the main board but I can?t test much it is sealed in silicone.

Washer was not draining for customer, when I got here I ran a diagnostic and drain pump was broken, I used shop vac to clean all hoses and drain pump then took washer apart and replaced the drain pump.
