I checks the dryer with my probe for gas leaks none found. I checked the fittings and the line for the dryer no leaks found. The only time I could get a gas smell is if I opened the dryer door while the burner is on. There is a slight delay when the door is opened to the gas shutting off which is normal. I got a very faint whiff of gas. There is nothing I can do to fix that it?s normal. If the doer is opened the same time as the burner. The washing machine complaint was burning rubber. The belt looks fairly new and no signs of burning. The washer motor is extremely loud and struggles spinning the load. The water pump is making noises. Both should be changed. 205217P And 38034p for the washer to repair $800 to fix. The dishwasher is coated in scaling they?re going to try and run some vinegar through to clean it out. The spray arms aren?t spinning they?re clogged up.

I ran and tested the washer. I noticed the cold water was only a small trickle coming out. The LE code is failure of the basket spinning. If there?s not enough water in the tub it won?t work right and the clothing gets all jammed up in the wash plate and can bind up things from moving. I remes the hoses and cleaned out the sediment screens on both the hot and cold valves. The cold one was blocked bad with rust and debris. The water is flowing out the cold water valve much much better now.
