The fridge was running when I was there. I swapped the main control board and it stopped working and all I had was 888 888 from the ui. I then swapped out the ui control and it still didn?t work or run. So I swapped out the new control board for the old one and left the new ui in. Not all the controls were working and when you push on freezer temp up it opens the dampener door for the ice cubes. I flip flopped boards and ended up putting the old ones back in. When I left the fridge was running but the ui had pe 0000 programming mode flashing on the screen. I tried programming the unit but it won?t let me and only fridge up and down work on the ui. So I left it like that because it was at least running. I checked the part numbers for the parts and they match the ones for the fridge. I was able to get the new board and ui to work and the fridge is up and running.

ice maker is working but ice is clumping together and freeze at bottom of ice box so nothing will dispense. customer already had all the ice removed and he had the flapper for the fridge because he just had the same issue at his house in FL so bought it incase but i tested flapper and it?s sealing well and i put flashing in dispensing area and closed door and no light was shining through so seal is good. when i put in test mode the water was splashing out when it was filling so i removed ice maker and the inlet tube was covered in calcium deposits so i cleaned it off then put in test mode and no more water splashed out. the issue appears that when the IM was filling water was splashing out into ice bucket and causing ice cubes to freeze together and block chute.
let customer know if it does continue to happen the trip fee is good for 90 days and i can always come back and install the flapper and he would just pay the difference in the labor cost. also let him know if that does get installed there is no warranty with it since he bought it on his own

Both the fridge and freezer are warm on site. The compressor is not turning on. I did a hard reset, I Checked the ohm reading on the compressor and was only able to get a ohm reading on two points. The compressor is fAulty and will need to be replaced.
