Complaint of unit overflowing with water/no drain with burning odor. Customer was able to open door despite unit being full of water. Put unit in diagnostic and ran spin test. Unit spins immediately without evacuating water. Unit not sensing water level or water empty in machine. Customer advised LG does not provide diagnostic on water level errors beyond replacing sensor. Quoted for sensor and PCB advising if PCB is not needed it would not be installed. Drain pump is currently working replacing based on customer feedback that pump was running long and making burning smell. Installed new sensor and board. Issue persists. Ordering pressure hose and pressure switch, stock hose is testing good, possible undetectable pin hole leak. I changed the hose and the water pressure valve. I cleaned out the connection to the wash tub drain hose to make sure there was nothing inside making the machine over fill. With the new main board, the water pressure sensor, and the new hose the washer is filling to the proper level during the wash cycle. It then stops filling and proceeds to tumble. I ran numerous different cycles and none of them over filled the drum. The drain pump was also replaced because it was running non stop for a long time and the customer thought they could smell it getting hot.

Heating element bad replaced tested and all is heating good.

Unit has sealed system issue (appears to be low on gas) checked owners manual and unit only has a 1yr full warranty

Customer dishwasher was leaking from the valve on the water line went ahead and replaced part and ran a smart install not getting any leaks and unit passed and is working with in specs informed customer to monitor unit but she should be in good hands complete

Stator bolt fell out and caused stator to wobble and destroy the seals and bearings will need a new gearcase and motor stator not cost affective to repair machine.

Ran both ovens up to temp and all is working good, if code returns the recommend replacing fan and sensor.

Did a vent cleaning and taped together 2 parts of the venting in basement

Freezer door handle broken encap and handle will need to be replaced. 9-8-23: Replaced freezer handle tested all is tight and working good.

Refrigerator and freezer not at temps it should be. Ice maker is not working either. Everything else is working correctly. Fridge has a linear compressor issues and a new one is needed.

Ran dryer through manual dry temperatures on at 109? and off at 205? countdown is normal, ran dryer on sensor dry all is counting down and working as normal.

Washer was not working, when on the drain pump would run constantly and once off there was a hair clip in it. Installed new drain pump and lid lock and washer is working without issues.

Customer complained of washer leaking. Filled washer and ran it a bit then drained and no leak. Inside the cabinet of the washer is completely dry and hoses are not leaking anywhere. Checked drain pipes in back of washer and there is water and suds on them. Let customer know that she needs to contact a plumber. Talked to customer about not over filling freezer because if seal can?t happen on door ice will form on the inside due to hot air getting in.

When diagnosing unit customer washer would not go into a agitation or a spin mode and will spit a unbalanced error code when looking at the bottom the belt is on right and when detached the motor will spin customer had a bad gear case and will need to be replaced also educated him on the additional tec as well will get back to us if wanting to go along with repair

Shaft is getting stuck in on position. Ordering new one and switches 9/7 installed new gas valve but switches were not needed. Everything is working

Ran a spin cycle with towels, and noticed noises that sound like the unit has a barring issue in spin mode. very loud when the tub starts to slow down and end the cycle. Customer states she's plans on buying a new one, just wanted confirmation if this was the issue.

When removing cover in the freezer side notice big ice Rock around the corner of the the coils this is unusually a sign Low on refrigerant told customer this might last a year or less not really sure icemaker Is making ice fine possible issue can be temp in freezer causing ice to stick together. Customer is aware that if cooling not good in freezer time for new unit .

The rear bearing is super noisy. Parts going to be $500 plus labor shipping and taxes. Going to be $700 $800 to repair not worth it.

The one ge fridge everything seems to be working except I have no frost on the evaporator. The unit is out of refrigerant. The second GE mini fridge compressor is not turning on. It needs a new starter relay. The repair is going to be around $350 a new Frigidaire that size goes for $440. The LG the LG fresh food or icemaker is working fine. The freezer icemaker keeps freezing up on the customer. I don?t see where they offer or have the frost for the icemaker filt tube

Gfci breaker tripped - reset breaker and ran both washer and dryer at same time for extended period of time and unit did not fail. This is an older machine and is on a gfci breaker - may want to talk to an electrician to see if it can go on a normal breaker if local codes will allow ?if not may have to look into getting a newer up to date machine to prevent intermittent gfci tripping issues

Garage fridge door out of alliagnment realigned all sealing good. Indoor refrigerator evap drain clogged cleared drain and ice all is draining good, installed new water filter on inside refrigerator tested all is running good.

Cleaned he orifices on all the top burners. I replaced the worn out bake element. It was not getting hot enough.

Drain pump was running for 30 seconds then shutting off for 30 second then Would just do that cycle over and over. The UI would not show any display and you could not choose anything. When looking at drain pump the connection was bad which lead to a short and it fried the board. Customer is getting a new dishwasher

I replaced the evaporator fan and cover assy it was frozen up badly and the styrofoam insulation was coming apart. I defrosted the upper fan area and Installed a new evap thermal sensor. The drain was frozen over in the fridge section. Plus the bottom of the fridge was full of water and ice. I used my steamer to defrost the drain and the bottom of the fridge. I installed a new drain tube update kit to the back of the fridge. I told the customer it will probably take a good 6+ hours to reach temperature. It was 79 degrees when I left.

Complaint of no bake. Confirmed igniter glow but no combustion. Needs new igniter. Replaced igniter. Tested unit via 250 degree bake and unit tested good.

Ran unit through test mode all is testing good temperatures are dropping, monitor the unit and call if problem returns or refrigerator stays warm insure you leave the unit plugged in for proper diagnosis.

Complaint of no start on regular cycle. No agitation. No drain. Unit is empty on arrival. Move timer to regular normal and cycle starts without issue. Unit fills but does not agitate. Spin does not work on regular. Advance to spin in delicate and unit does drain. Jumped connector 1-3 on pressure switch and unit does agitate. Pressure switch opens fill valves but does not close L1 to motor. In spin unit should spin regardless of water level switch using pressure bypass circuit but only spins in 1 setting. Unit needs water level switch and timer. Water level switch is no longer available for this unit. Part # 40077201

Customer unit has a bunch of grease build up on the bottom of the unit when going into a spin mode will cause the unit to make a crazy noise during the spin operation also when putting into a test mode the lid lock error and pump error would appear seems like the board had a miscommunication problem my recommendation would be gearcase drain pump and main board

Complaint of ice door staying open, handle clearly broken. Quoted for new ice door assembly. Customer will call if he opt to repair.

The top of the vent was covered with tape and aluminum foil like material. This was blocking the air flow and there was grease and grime that had leaked into the main board. Entire refrigerator is warm. Both compartments are around 67?. Compressor turns on every few minutes but when it does come on it makes a clicking sound then rattles for about 10seconds then clicks back off. I tried a new start relay and it still does the same thing. Compressor is bad and is locked up.

Need compressor fan it was not spinning at all. Replaced fan assy and it?s working now. Customer just needs to let it cool for a good 6 hrs.

Washing machine had standing water in it on site. Tested the drain pump and it did not work. Removed the left over water. Unit needs a new drain pump. Replaced the drain pump, ran and tested. Unit now drains and works properly.

Complaint of warm freezer over weekend but then unit started cooling.measured 10 degrees in FZ. Confirmed per owner manual this is a garage ready unit. No signs of frost on evaporator. No complaints of excess frost. Unit currently performing. Customer to continue to monitor.

Complaint of noise when in operation and post operation. Noise is coming from controls housing, unit equipped with a cooling fan for the controls area. It is normal for this fan to run after a bake to cool that area. Manufacturer only provided wiring diagram and sent cabinet fans proactively. Cabinet fans ar snot correct part. Need parts breakdown to ensure proper fan is sent. Repair will require uninstall of appliance to complete. AP to coordinate parts with Koolmore. Once received will schedule repair. Koolmore is being charged for today's trip fee and half of the labor.

Customers unit would trip the breaker at least once or twice a day when diagnosing unit went ahead and put the unit on a forest frost mode where it will activate compressor and all fans and did not trip the breaker also when putting into a long defrost mode did not trip the breaker and also heard the sizzle noise when in defrost mode plugged unit up to a different outlet and informed him to monitor unit and if it happens again we know it?s a problem with the unit and we can come back with another tec to get another opinion and if not then we know it?s a outlet issue and would need to get in contact with an electrician

Needs a new main board. $255 for the part plus$115.00for labor +tax and shipping going to look at new units. Board is burnt and discolored at the main plug in for the power source and the heater. Also there is brownish discoloring on the green part of the board

Samsung dishwasher was spitting a leak error code and the drain pump would run non stop customer had to turn off the breaker for it to stop when diagnosing unit had to do a soft reset on the unit and run a diagnostic test. while on site everything passed and could not replicate any leaks inform customer to make sure the drain line is sitting up high and has a loop into disposal and inform them to monitor unit and they have a 90 day service call complete

No heat on site, dryer high limit thermostat did not pass continuity test. Replaced dryer high limit thermostate. Ran and tested, unit now has heat.

Needs a new spray arm orbital. Replaced the spray arm and tested its spinning great now. The old one the bottoms metal piece broke off and was hitting on the heater element.

Unit not draining on site, removed all the water, and confirmed that the drain pump is not working. Customer states she will just buy another unit since the repair cost is about the same for what she paid for it.
