Intermittent no cool indicative of Jazz board failure. Additional complaint of frost build up in unit. Both FF gaskets are damaged at the edges causing warm air to enter the unit causing snowing in FZ. Replaced Jazz board. Gaskets ordered to be installed Monday. Install new gaskets. Reviewed use and care for gaskets. Unit testing good.
