Oven will not fully preheat or maintain temperature. Heating element will need to be replaced. Element has been replaced. Oven is heating properly now.

Both elements are working on site. Informed the customer that both elements will alternate during the preheating cycle. The customer stated the broil stayed on for a long period of time after preheating on bake. Currently not seeing that issue on site. Advised to call back if the issue happens again, and to document what they can.
