everything is working without issues and FF was at 37? when i got there. they said they have seen it gone up to 53? on the temp display. while i was there it went into defrost so everything shut off and the temp rises so i believe they might just be looking at the temp at the time of defrost. the board was also making ticking sound when in defrost them when it shut off the was a loud clicking sound which doesn?t seem normal. a new board is being ordered and it?s under warranty.

The dishwasher eventually showed it had a water leak. The inlet valve will need to be replaced. The over igniter is reading an amperage of 2.5 which is low. The oven igniter will need to be replaced. I replaced the inlet water valve, ran and tested, no signs of any water leaks, everything is working properly. I replaced the oven igniter, the oven now heats up properly, and reaches tempature with no issues. No longer cycling on an off.

customer ice in the freezer was massive chunks and there was frost in the back and on the rails which was preventing it from closing properly and you had to ouch it hard to get it to seal. i put in service mode and everything tested good and sensors were reading temps the way they should.
i talked to customer about door being left open and that could have caused the frost on the rails which prevents it from closing all the way unless you push it and she does have kids so she said it could have been left open and they didn?t realize it. i steamed off the rails and the other frost and door is closing properly. i told customer to keep an eye on it to make sure everything stays working the way it should.

I couldn?t find a leak. I removed and cleaned the float to make sure it wasn?t sticking and causing it to flood. I checked and cleaned the front door seal and it seems ok. I ran a second load of pots and pans and didn?t get it to leak. If it leaks again then it should probably have the lower door sweep seal replaced.

Customer had fridge unplugged when I got here so I plugged it back in and waited about 20min and it never came on. I put in service mode and tried to turn compressor on and it would not go on that way either. I tested compressor at the pins and it had an open connection so a new fridge is needed.
