Complaint of warm FF temps. Not outright warm complaint of hugs not feeling as cold as normal. Measured -8.3 degrees in FZ and 41 degrees in FF section with IR thermostat. With thermocouple placed under contents of FF section measured temperature of contents at 38.1 degrees.
Temperature of contents is closer to what solid state thermistor communicates to control. Damper is open. Evap fan running. When temp adjustment knob is adjusted up or down damper motor is heard actuating appropriately. Inspected freezer and frost is present on Ice box and contents of freezer. Ice door flapper is not seating all the way.

Washer is not spinning or agitating, motor isn?t even turning on. Heckled for fault code and it?s an F7E6 which is a motor. Customer is going to think about it and let us know if they are going to get it fixed or not. Part number will be in notes.

Customers unit was spitting a error code of clean flashing when diagnosing unit viewed that the drain line was detected and also had to clean out the sensor in the front now unit is operating with in specs inform customer to monitor unit
