Complaint of incomplete cycles. Delicate light blinks during failure. Filled unit and unit is draining slow, put vacuum to drain line and with vacuum and drain running unit achieves drain. Ran another cycle and drain runs continuously even though unit is empty. Runs until delicate light comes on. Unit indicating slow drain even though no water present. Service manual indicates several possible points of failure but provides no feedback as to which sensor is failing or how to test each sensor. Vacuumed lines again. Ran two successful drains without issue. If issue persists order case sensor and brake assembly per procedure in service manual. Case sensor has been discontinued.

Dryer shakes violently when running, took apart and the blower wheel is broken in multiple spots. A new one is being ordered and will be installed on Thursday. A squirrel had destroyed the blower wheel. Customer advised vent sweep recommended. Will return in the PM on 7/20 to sweep vent. Customer inquired about vent terminator. Existing one runs through brick. Recommended customer utilize handy man with masonry tools to install new vent terminator. Existing vent term is in working order but does not have a basket prevent vermin from entering vent. Installed new blower wheel on 7/20. Returned today for dryer vent service. Swept dryer vent. Connected dryer to vent with semi rigid venting. Removed substantial debris from vent. Tested dryer and dryer tested good.

Complaint of leaking from right back corner. Ran a diagnostic and it went thru all cycles but drained super slow. Tried to do a quick wash and n the drain cycle it threw an OE error code. I drained all the water out and checked the filter which was completed clogged so that was cleaned the I put my shop vac on the end of the drain hose and cleaned it out that way too. After I did another quick wash and it went thru all cycles and drained without any issues.

I found we had voltage from the flame sensor to the board but no power from the board to the gas coils. I tested the board and have no output to the gas valves they need a new computer board. Complaint of warm temps in FZ. Measured 28 degrees in FZ and 33 degrees in FF section. Customer having a defrost problem. Measured 80 ohms through defrost circuit proving good thermal fuse, found element rated for 180 watts proving 80 ohms is a valid measurement. Measured resistance of defrost sensor at 26.84 k ohms. Manufacturer does not provide resistance ratings in service manual. Since sensor is not clearly open cannot prove/disprove sensor. Needs ACU and Evap sensor. Replaced ACU and Evap sensor. Defrosted freezer and evaporator. Defrost drain tube and removed duck bill. Customer advised 24 hours before unit can be used like normal.

Refrigerator 2: Main computer non responsive to anything it will need to be replaced along with thermistor, was able to get back up and going temporarily. 07-20-23: Replaced control box and thermistor ran and tested all and all is working good.
