microwave is built in and had to be removed in order to access boards. there is 120VAC at the noise filter but there is not 120VAC going to CN1 and CN2 on the other board so the wire harness is broken and needed. customer thinks they are just going to get a new one but if they decide to fix this the part number and prices are in the notes.
2nd tech would be needed to u install and do entire wire harness if they decide to fix and customer knows that.

washer works intermittently and when it doesn?t work it the lid lock, spin and wash buttons flash 3 times then pause. i found a bulletin about the lid lock and and the lid switch arm and made sure it was in the right position and that the lid was less than 2? open when the switch was activated.
i called speed queen tech support and Jeff had me check the same thing with the lid switch arm and when that was verified as good i went to the main board and tested black wire on H1 to Red wire on H5 and it shows continuity so board is shorted and a new one is needed.
jeff stated that customer still has 1002 days left with her warranty which covered parts and labor so the part number (204659P) was given to her for her to call speed queen and set us service for warranty call.

I pulled the drain tubes they?re clear. I checked the reservoir for leaks I didn?t see any signs of water: it looks like the drain for the fridge evap is the problem I ran my steam vac and blew through the lines. I had steam coming from inside the freezer and the fridge. That tells me the lines are open and free of debris.

The washer won't agitate or go into a spin cycle, giving a buzzing noise near the motor area. The compacitor is faulty and will need to be replaced, it's leaking grey liquid. I replaced the compacitor, ran and tested, the washer now spins and agitates. The washer passed the diagnostic test, and went through a calibration test with no issues.

I took lower spark arm off and water assy to check Diverter and moved it by hand then ran again and the spray arm worked. when we got there i knocked around a little on different parts of the microwave to see if i hear anything but i didn?t. then i took the top part off and the control panel alone with the metal bracket to look around inside of it without having to take it down. talked to customer about options and how the bird wasn?t in there and then made the decision to turn the fan on and it worked without issues. customer stated he still wanted microwave taken down to look in venting above it so we attempted to take it down but were unable to due to molding around the cupboards. the new cupboards were built around microwave. everything was out back together and customer was told to call someone like Isaac to clean venting out to make sure bird was gone/removed.
