The refrigerator was pushed all the way back to the wall. This wouldn?t allow the doors to open because of the trim around the unit. I lowered the legs and pulled the fridge out so that it had clearance. I left the fridge pulled out a little more than it was in case it gets pushed a little there still should be room for the doors to open. I lowered the legs and checked the level of the unit. The mullion divider on the left door was not always catching. The customer was concerned about this so I replaced the bushing and the hinges on the left door. It brought the door back to level. This allowed the mullion piece to close properly.

Unit needs the main acu board the led is flashing on it and not solid light. I tested all the sensors related to the heater and they all test good. The f1e1 error code came up as main acu error. I checked a few things on the unit and there is power to everything and it should be running and heating. I think the board isn?t calling for heat when it?s supposed to because it has an internal error. Plus the led on the main board should go from flashing to solid green and it is not.

Rattle noise coming from the motor area on site. The Bottom metal frame was bent and vibrating against the lint box going into the motor. I Adjusted the medal frame so it does not vibrate anymore. Customer also wanted the dryer door to open the opposite way. I switch the door to open the opposite way.
