Replaced the circulation main pump on the dishwasher and tested good.

Bake was not working, turned on bake and checked amp draw and was only getting 2.4. New igniter was installed and apr draw is at 3.3 and oven is heating as it should.

Drained water for customer. She is going to be getting a new dryer

Door seal out of channel put back in and tested for security and all is working good.

Dryer heating element bad along with thermostats, tripping at to low of a temperature, checked vent and all is new and free of debri will need the following parts. Heater box: DC97-14486A Thermistor: DC32-00007A Thermostat: DC47-90016A

Defrosted ice room and replaced ice room heater, sensor and appears ok

Replaced exhaust/ blower thermostat and fuse set Unit now heats ok ** venting does merge into another vent and may create future issues, recommend vent wizard to look at/ correct venting

Replaced the fan blower housing in the back . Defrosted it and it should be.

Replaced the dispenser housing it was leaking at the seam where it?s molded. Ran and tested good.

Installed customer purchased door boot ran and tested for leaks all is leak free and running good.

Lower spray arm is not spinning. The upper one is but needs to be cleaned out.

Pulled the hose off and vacuumed out the drain line. It still didn?t drain. Removed the dishwasher and pulled he drain pump off and found a piece of glass wedged in the impeller fan of the drain pump. Ran and tested it 3 times it drained great.

Replaced bake igniter MEE61841401 lower oven ran and tested all is heating and running good.

Customer is going to be getting a new dryer

Went ahead and replaced shocks also replaced the dogs went to run a diagnostic on unit and then customer stated that she had a appointment so could not properly diagnose everything but it seems like customer will need washer agitator

When diagnosing customer unit drain pump will run non stop and the doo leak will kit open tried replacing pump and pressure sensor and still did not fix the issue if customer wants to go along with any repair I would recommend main pcb and pressure sensor

Has sealed system issues recommend factory service

When washer is in spin cycle the bearings rub against each other and make a very loud noise. Customer is going to get a new washer.

If customer wants to go along with repair customer would need heating element and thermostat

Ran washer through service mode spluch screw backed out and wasn't allowing actuator to fully ingage tightened Ran and all is running good.

Duck bill clogged from dust and debri pulled duck bill off cleaned and all is draining good.

Yesterday Customer noticed ice cream was soft but rest of freezer was cold and ice maker was still making ice and fridge was correct temp. Today ice cream was frozen, checked evaporator and it has correct frost pattern, checked compressor and coils and it was covered in dust so that was cleaned off. Refrigerator is working as it should. Let customer know they gave 90days for the trip charge if this issue does happen again.

Complaint was leaking from door corners. Ran a load and after about 35min waster was pouring out of float housing. Took apart assy and adjusted seal and tightened nut and it is not leaking anymore. I am going to put parts needed in notes so if it happens to start again we will know what to order when customer calls back. Paid for trip charge and labor already incase we have to come back it will only be for parts charge.

Customers unit froze up again causing the water not to drain properly went ahead and replaced drain kit to add a drain clip in side of the drain hose so it can stay open unit should be operating correctly

Needs a belt and new motor. Replaced both the belt and the wash motor. Ran and tested good.

The plastic on the main board broke off causing the main board to rub against the drum while spinning went ahead and and zipped tie the main board back to its spot now u it is operating with in specs complete

There was a piece of soap on the heater not sure how but that will create a burning smell if customer calls back will recommend sump assembly

Didn?t do anything with washer so took that off the invoice. For the dryer I did a long run vent cleaning

When diagnosing unit customer had the unit unplugged so everything was defrosted over so it was hard to replicate or see the issue but based off of the symptom customer was getting ice build up on the bottom of the cavity so went ahead and replaced drain kit replaced hoses in the back added a clip and made sure unit draining properly inform customer to monitor the unit and has a 90 day service call and if wanting ice maker replaced would need

Reinstalled door unit is working well now

Fix the upper rack adjusters. The gasket t for the soap dispenser cover had come off. Not going to fix the dispenser is $100 and they use pods and not liquid. Installed new upper rack adjusters. And tested they?re working good now.

Range was installed but gas was turned off at the main line. Gas was turned on and seals n ends of gas lines were secured. Tested range and everything works

Ran dishwasher through service mode no error codes checked heating element, tco, heater relay all are checking good after full service mode run can find no faults with dishwasher that would cause over heating.

Customer unit is spitting t6 error code when diagnosing the tray on the ice maker was broken off customer would need ice maker

When I got here the washer was unplugged and unlocked but full of cloths and water. I was able to put into diagnostic mode and get the washer to drain and spin then ran nice the close were out I ran another diagnostic and it went thru all cycles without issues. I had customer put in a few pieces of laundry and ran a quick wash. After 10min into the load it made a horrible freeing sound and it stopped workin and locked up. The motor is overheating and stops working. Customer is going to get a new washer

There seems to be algae and gunk in the hose for the water pressure switch so I?m going to change that out. Ram and tested 3 times no over filling.

Did software update unit works now

Dryer was not spinning and just making a humming sound without error codes. I took apart dryer and found socks stuck in the bowlers wheel which were removed then I installed 4 new wheels, an idler pulley and a new belt and dryer is heating and running without any issues.

Main control board relay bad and will need main PCB replaced. 05-17-23: Replaced main pcb ran and tested all is heating good and running good.

Dishwasher- complaint of unit leaking. Unable to reproduce complaint. Some suds present. Ran cycle with distilled vinegar. Customer to continue to monitor. Dryer- complaint of no tumble. Broken belt. Repaired with maintenance kit, tested unit and unit test good.

Ran through service mode checked every component on machine and all are checking good and withing range, Refrigerator was turned as cold as it would go instructed customer on loading and how to adjust temperature.

Icemaker gear stripped and heater not working, icemaker will need to be replaced. Water tank frozen and not allowing water to dispense and will need to be thawed. 5-17-23 Replaced ice maker and thawed water tank ran and tested all and all is operating normal.

Complaint of warm temps and no water/ice dispensing. Measured 40 degrees in FF and 27 degrees in FZ. Ice build up on Evap cover present. Compressor is not running on arrival. Measured 28.1 ohms through defrost sense circuit which measures the ACU defrost monitor through the element and back to neutral. Measured defrost circuit through bi metal and defrost element and also measured 28.1 ohms. A valid reading. Measured FZ thermistor at 29.98 k ohms. And FF at 19 k ohms. Unable to find manufacturer resistance range for each sensor. ACU not regulating defrost properly causing poor temps. Confirmed microswitch on dispenser is working properly. Confirmed 5.65 VDC though communication line from dispenser UI through dispenser control circuit to main board. Unit communicates through DC micro pulses which are too fast to be measured. Typically if voltage is present a UI board is not needed. Quoting for both boards with the likelihood only Main ACU is needed. UI board no longer available. Attempting repair with ACU. Will credit back per AP. Install new ACU. Programmed ACU. Tested water and ice dispense and unit tested good. When shaking old board broken relay contacts are heard. Customer advised wait 24 hours before stocking unit.

Unit will turn on then flash 100? Then shut off. After multiple attempts it will stay on. Heckled amperage on igniter and it?s getting 3.2 so it?s good. Oven needs a new board but it is NLA

Replaced jazz board/elec control, cleaned condenser coil Unit turned off apon arrival, may take 24hours to regulate and reach temperature

Had a shifter error and a speed sensor error. It wouldn?t shift so I put a new actuator in it and it would shift fine just not spinning. I found that the motor was only humming and not spinning. The basket is free spinning by hand. I got the motor to move the basket by spinning the belt manually. Unit needs a new motor. It has 10 ur warranty on the motor the customer. Is going to call maytag.

Replaced interlock assembly and fuses

Customer unit had a bunch water build up underneath the fridge compartment and flex zone control customer stated ever since they replaced the filter that?s when the issue happen went ahead and made sure that filter was sitting in right asked for water no signs of leak hit test button switch for ice maker no leaks as well unit seems to be working with in specs inform customer to monitor unit now that filter is sitting flush complete

All I did replace water filter and unit is working great now

Pulled dishwasher from cabinet and Removed aftermarket drain hose and line previously installed and installed new OEM drain case and hose assembly- also had to install fill line as it would not stop leaking at copper connection All checks ok left old parts with customer

Replaced the thermal cut off and high limit thermal sensor plus installed a maintenance kit. Cleaned the dryer out it was a mess.

Drain pump not working, hose is clogged. Customer going to get new appliance

Customer had taken lint trap a part and moisture sensor. I was able to get it all reconnected and it?s working without issues.

Took dryer apart and pulled out lint sheets stuck in blower wheeler, put in kit and cleaned out vent outside of house. Air is blowing out well and dryer is running. Customer left so he gave permission for house cleaner to sign for him and I ran the dryer before I left so she could hear the noise was gone.

When diagnosing customer dishwasher cleaned the inside and the blades of the unit and raised the hot water tank for customer to make sure she is getting the proper temp inside of unit When diagnosing unit educated customer on the sensor settings and the Mauro setting but unit seems to be working with in specs complete

Customer unit would not turn on went ahead and replaced the main board ran a overall diagnostic everything passed unit is working with in specs complete

Customer unit drain pump will run non stop then shut its self off right after had to replace the pressure sensor and do a software up date now unit is operating with in specs complete

Needs stator motor and clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism isn?t fully engaging the gears on the motor assy and is making a clunking noises. The magnets in the motor are rubbing on the windings of the stator. Unti sounds really bad when in the wash cycle. Going to purchase a new washer this one is going to be about $600 to repair .

Complaint of no bake and various top burners not lighting. Burner caps and bases are corroded and greasy. Caps and bases would need deep clean to rule out gas flow. Sparks work on all burners except center burner. Bake not working with igniter glow. Needs new igniter. Electrodes not sold individually for this unit. Center burner requires gas valve stem replacement which includes new electrode. Screws on burner bases are corroded and may require drilling out in order to remove/clean, labor adjustment may be needed and unknown until repair is attempted. Customer declined burner stove top repair. Repaired oven only by replacing bake igniter. Tenant advised on how to clean/maintain burner caps and bases so that they light properly.

Washer is not working, took front off and the transmission is leaking oil all inside the unit. Customer is getting new appliance

Drum was not spinning and dryer would turn on and off and was making a loud noise, took dryer apart and wheels were falling off along with a bathing suit string wrapped around the motor. Got string off motor and replaced belt, wheels and pulley and cleaned out dryer. Took apart back and checked blower wheel which is good and tested all components which are good. Also replaced dryer vent which goes right outside from where dryer is. Dryer is running quietly and heating without issues.

Customer unit would not go into a spin mode when diagnosing unit viewed that the belt was broken went ahead and replaced belt kit unit working with in specs complete

Replace drain pump teated unit no leaks and drains fine

Something wrong within the breaker panel getting 240v and then getting 120v L1 then 42v L2 retripped breaker and all is working now instructed customer to contact electrician to check and or replace breaker.

Dishwasher will need diverter and software updated customer will replace dishwasher due to age of machine.

Thermostat bad replaced and tested all is working good.

Cleaned burners as well as possible if problem persists can only replace burner parts

Dryer was making a very loud sound when running. Took dryer apart and there was a long screw stuck in the felt on 5e inside of the front of dryer. Screw was removed and new wheels, belt and pulley were installed. Dryer is working without issues.

Dryer is turning on but not started and making a click sound at main board. Put into diagnostics mode and got an error code of F4E4 which means it?s not getting enough outage. Checked voltage at plug and it?s getting 240v then checked main board at P8-3 and P9-2 and got 120V then checked P2-3 and P2-1 and got 5V after I checked P5-3 and P5-8 and was suppose to get 12VDC but did not get that so a new board is being ordered Customer will call back and let us know

We did tell customer that when she gets her gas on if any issue to call us she did have gas installed i adjust all top burners valves everything look like it's working normal with normal flames and and bake temp was correct

Bake igniter bad max ohm 2.4 replaced with Robertshaw ran and tested all is operating good.

WPW10285180 Needs a computer board it had a stuck relay. I got it working right now but it can go at anytime. $345 to fix. Going to discuss with husband and make a decision.
