I ran the dishwasher and checked for leaks but there was none. I let hot water sit in the tub to see if anything came out around the sump with standing water and nothing happened. Ran a little bit longer and still not leaks and no error codes. Drained dishwasher and let. Customer know if this happens again within 90 days he is still covered w trip charge.

Washer- complaint of off balance with larger loads. Sheets and bedding knotting up. While empty machine is producing normal operation. Loaded with towels could not reproduce complaint. Lower driver shaft is spinning on slight ellipsis. This can cause off balance symptoms. Agitator unable to remove has seized to upper drive shaft. Gear case assembly and agitator are NLA. Lower driver shaft available but if agitator is damaged while removing machine is permanently out of service. Customer will tolerate until replacement. Fridge- filter housing is broken and unseats from cabinet when removing water filter. This repair is valid outside of 30 day window. Customer will attempt changing filter on own after being instructed today. Will call if repair required only send back for part shipping and labor.

When I arrived I checked fresh food section for temp and it was 49? and the freezer was at 17? and the fan was making a loud sound like it was hitting ice. When I took freezer apart the top of the evap was covered in ice and the bottom had nothing in it. I defrost the freezer and put the door back on and gave it about 25min to check for a frost pattern and there was only a little frost on the top left side and nothing else. The fridge has a restriction in it and the customers will be getting a new one.

6/21/23 found button pads not in correct locations and ui/dispenser wiring not in correct order Corrected above issues and would not start still-had to replace main power module as well Ran couple cycles and settings was unable to get unit to fail appears ok . May not be able to repair farther if unit fails again as it was not taken apart correct and may have damaged other components 6/19/23 Customer has e15 error I replaced the water inlet as it was leaking. The unit wouldn?t turn on the customer had the front panel off and the wires weren?t all connected. I put the wires back on and the dishwasher worked for about 10 min and shut off. The screen was blank and wouldn?t power up. I tested the junction box and the power cord I had voltage to the board. I also had power to the power button so I replaced the ui. I replaced the ui and it ran for about 5 min and shut off again and wouldn?t turn back on. I replaced the main board and it still won?t power up the dishwasher. I removed the ui and board and put the old ones back in. I?m
