Complaint of no cool. Measured 34 degrees in FF section. 0 degrees in FZ. Measured resistance of Evap thermistor at 34 degrees. Thermistor is encased in ice, this is a valid reading. ACU can toggle defrost. Continuity through element circuit of 30.1 ohms. A valid reading. ACU is not initiating defrost despite proper readings from thermistor. Needs new ACU.

Complaint of no wash. Start wash and unit drains/fills but no tumble. Enter diagnostic and able to produce 3C2 motor error. Removed stator and measured 11.5 resistance across all 3 windings, a proper reading. Could not find specifications on Hall sensor but none of the contacts testing open or excess resistance. Reassembled unit. Ran rinse and spin and unit now tumbling. May have been corroded connection causing feedback to ACU that was out of range or a hard reset from unplugging unit corrected a data constraint. If issue persists order ACU.

Complaint of OE error. This is a slow drain error. Water in unit. Start unit and drain pump starts to pump then quits. Confirmed constant 12VDC from ACU to drain pump. Needs new drain pump. Installed new drain pump and during testing observed small drip under unit. There is a pin hole leak in drain pump assembly. Signs of water visible when light is under dishwasher. Does not appear to be extensive water damage. Customer looking at cost of replace vs. repair and will contact if they opt for repair.

The washer wouldn?t stop draining when I got there. I opened the locked door took the clothes out and they weren?t that wet. There wasn?t much water in the drum. I ran and drained it about 5 times and no issues. I checked the r hose from the sensor to the back of the drum. I pulled the check valve off and made sure it wasn?t plugged. I pulled the filter off and made sure it wasn?t clogged. I ran a full diagnostic cycle with no issues. I ran a quick wash with no issues. It doesn?t seem to put much water I. The drum. She?s going to try it today and see how it does. I have a inlet valve on order in case it messes up again.
