The ice maker is not producing ice on site. After doing multiple test, the ice maker is filling and rotating when testing. The fan also worked in the test mode. No frost built up or cloggs. The fridge has a stored error code of (E5, Timed ice making). The customer already has a new ice maker installed. The ice maker also passed the fill test. Advised to wait 24 hours to see if the water in the tray freezes, since all test have now been done for the new ice maker.

I found the washer was draining and draining when plugged it. I unplugged the water pressure sensor and it reset the washer. I unplugged the hi from the main board and it is working. The ice maker is not making ice on site. The ice maker is also unresponsive to any diagnostics test or hard resets. They will need a new ice maker. The dishwasher was leaning forward on site. The top mount for the dishwasher were glued, which didn't hold. I raised the dishwasher legs and re leveled the dishwasher. Ran and tested after leveling, and now there are no signs of leaked. Everything is working properly.

The heater element has two hot burn spots on it. The wiring underneath the dishwasher looked great. No burnt wires no signs of mice. I pulled the board and found the connections on the board for the heater were purple in color from getting hot. I also noticed the relay had a dark brown burn spots on the board. The washer seems to be in a flood safe mode, as it is constantly draining on site. I Informed the customer that this process can usually take up to 10 minutes before the flood safe cycle stops. I checked the pressure sensor hose to make sure it was not damaged, and made sure there were no cloggs where it connects to the outer drum. The flood safe mode keeps coming back, it will stop for a couple seconds, and then continue to constantly drain again. The pressure sensor is located on the main board. if the issue continues, I would recommend to replace the main board and pressure sensor hose.

I ran the dryer on multiple temperature ranges and on different cycles. On low it cycles between 160 for an high and 120 for a low. On high heat it?s 190-120. I checked the vent she has a short vent and it had hardly any lint in it and good air flow. I checked the fan air duct and it was clear of any lint build up. I had Diane clean the lint screen to get any waxy build up off of it from dryer sheets. I didn?t detect anything wrong with the dryer. She says she got a warning message one time for the dryer being hot. I told her to run it and see if it happens again or becomes more frequent.
