I really enjoyed getting to meet Steve, a very able, experienced & respectful operator who represented the company admirably. I only wish I could give you the repair job. Whirlpool Washer
I made an appointment because I thought there was water coming out underneath my washing machine even when not being used. Steve contacted me to ask if he could come to the house early. He was very polite and pleasant. He throughly checked over the washing machine and even though he found nothing wrong with it he took time to run a couple cycles to be sure. Steve explained everything he tried and assured me the washer worked without issue. He never made me feel foolish and answered all my questions. I appreciate that.
