Freezer is not holding temp, put in diagnostic mode and everything passed. I took evap cover off and it was all frozen up. I tried to do forced defrost but heater was not going on. I tested heater for continuity and it was 30ohms so it was good. A new board is needed due to it not sending voltage to turn heater on. When taking apart freezer on of the rails fell off and broke the door switch off so a new he is being order at no cost to customer. 5/17 installed new board and freezer door switch

FF section was at 67? FZ section was at 48?. Tested windings at compressor and the top right was open so the compressor is bad. Talked to customer about calling LG to see if compressor was covered.

Dishwasher will turn on but none of the buttons work and it won?t go into diagnostic mode. Boards are needed. Customer is going to get a new dishwasher.

The motor was seized up and locked in places. I was able to unlock it but it still does not have enough power to turn the basket. The motor is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Unable to duplicate issue From customer description appears it may be a triac issue on the control for lighting issue. Recommend updated cooling fan for noise complaint. Approx 600 plus tax would be due No repair at this time
