Very pleased with Derek’s work on my LG dryer and grateful for same day service. He was very knowledgeable and thorough - explained the repair in terms that I understood. He came back immediately the next day when I called to report an unusual noise from the dryer. Resolved that quickly with no extra charge. Highly recommend this business.

The freezer section of my refrigerator stopped working. I called hoping to get the refrigerator fixed. Unfortunately it was beyond repair. But the service worker gave me great advice I'm picking up another refrigerator, he was understanding mankind. Knowing that I new refrigerator is never what people expect they will need. But must have. Glad to know what was wrong with the broken refrigerator.
