The Role
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’re a key member of our field team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances in customers’ homes. You’ll also develop new customer relationships by identifying opportunities to help beyond the initial call.

Specific Responsibilities- Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in the customer’s home
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment from customers
- Ensure efficient use of materials; keep company vehicle properly serviced
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports
- Cross-train in related positions as needed
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Supplemental Pay: Commission pay + bonus pay for above-average performance
- Salary: $17.00–$38.00 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficiency with tablet-based technology
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Flexible and variable hours (no weekends)
- Appliance repair experience preferred (1 year) — but not required

This role requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling under varied circumstances. Candidates must be physically able to perform strenuous work in the field.
