Dishwasher control panel is cracked where the screws are. I was able to get it in a place where the start button works now. The dishwasher is 7 years old so they are going to use it till it?s time to get a new one. Part number will be in notes if they decide they want to order it.

Refrigerator FZ section was 65? and the FF section was at 57?. All the fans were working. There was no error code being given on board. Compressor tested good. I removed the evap cover and there was no frost pattern. There was a leak in the refrigerator. Fridge is 15 years old. Customer is going to be getting a new one.

Still no 240VAC to range upon arrival. Recommended customer switch on and off main breaker to apartment after reset unit now has correct power to apartment.

Register Appliance did an excellent job of diagnosing my Dishwasher problem. The parts came in very quickly. There were other problems with the machine which prevented the repair to be completed but if that had not been the case, the job would have been done very quickly.
I plan on giving their business card to my neighbors for future reference.
