Customer complaint was that the unit would not drain the water out when diagnosing unit it was unplugged with water in the tub went ahead and plugged it in and ran it and everything was working with in specs it would filll drain agitate and spin inform customer to run a load and educate us on how it?s going everything is operating with in specs complete

My refrigerator died suddenly and I needed a fast estimate to see if it was worth repairing. I called them and a tech was at my house about an hour later. He was friendly, courteous, and did a decent job at finding out what the issue was. While he was not able to repair it I would not hesitate to call again if another appliance breaks down.
