Standing water on site. The dishwasher will not drain. I checked the drain hose to make sure there wasn't any cloggs going into the garbage disposal. When trying to drain, you can feel the drain pump humming, but it's not propelling to push water out the drain. The drain Pump is faulty and will need to be replaced.

Customer states the washer is staining there clothes. I removed the agitator to see that there was a lot of gunk chipping away. I cleaned the tub and all components of the agitator. Customer wants the lid lock replaced..my stock lid lock was faulty, and will have to order a new one....the customer also wants his dryer vent cleaned out. Cleaned the dryer vent, and replaced the lid lock assembly. Ran and tested, the washing machine passed the diagnostic test.

Getting a damper error code will recommend damper motor # tests unit motor is working normal wait 24 hours for proper cooling

Went ahead and replaced touch board assembly now all the buttons and functions are be responsive and working properly complete

Compressor is running and fans are running will recommend checking seal system
