The washer would not drain on site. The filter was clogged. I cleaned the filter, ran and tested, the washer now drains and works properly.

Bake element broke and started smoking and is not heating anymore. Checked voltage going to element t make sure board is good and it is. A new element was installed and is working without issues.

Water level sensor has been changed out 2x now and the one in there now is good. I ran a diagnostic and it went through without issues. I then ran a quick wash to look for a leak in the pressure hose and it went through the whole cycle without the error and hose was not leaking at all. A new board is needed but they are just going to get a new washer.

Customer complaint was that the unit was not working when diagnosing unit notice that the belt was broken went ahead and replaced maintenance kit and cleaned out the inside of the unit and now it?s operating with in specs . Customer did not need vent cleaning cx has nice strong pressure leading to outside vent complete
