No power on site, with the correct voltage coming from the outlet. The hi limit thermostat fuse, and thermastat, failed the continuity test, both will need to be replaced. I Replaced both fuses, ran and tested, the dryer now turn on and is working properly.

Oven was not heating to temp, the igniter was only pulling 2.7 amps, a new igniter was installed and is pulling 3.4 amps and is heating oven without issues.
