The washer was locked on site. I was able to reset the cycle and unlock the door. Ran and tested, the washer is filling, agitating, draining and spinning with no problems. Advised to call back if the issue happens again.

The dryer had a clogged lint trap. I removed the lint. The customer also stated the dryer makes a noise when in cycle. I repaired that issue with the maintenance kit. Ran and tested, the dryer is not making any noises now, and is working properly.

Went ahead and updated the unit and educated the cx on loads I would stick away from washing big comforters and pillows but unit is operating with In Specs complete

My refrigerator died suddenly and I needed a fast estimate to see if it was worth repairing. I called them and a tech was at my house about an hour later. He was friendly, courteous, and did a decent job at finding out what the issue was. While he was not able to repair it I would not hesitate to call again if another appliance breaks down.
