I unplugged and tested all components and they all tested good. I checked board and it looks good. I plugged back in and heating a cup of water and it heating without issues. I waited about 10 min and tried again and it was still heating.

My refrigerator died suddenly and I needed a fast estimate to see if it was worth repairing. I called them and a tech was at my house about an hour later. He was friendly, courteous, and did a decent job at finding out what the issue was. While he was not able to repair it I would not hesitate to call again if another appliance breaks down.
