The door won't lock on site, and won't go into a diagnostic mode. The door lock just keeps cycling on and off repeatedly. The door lock is faulty. I replaced the door lock, ran and tested, the washer now goes into cycle, and is working properly. The washer passed the diagnostic test.

$118+ is a large service fee to be told that there is no resolution to our problem. The tech was here for about 15 minutes with no resolution for us. Wish we could have been warned about the fee even when told they couldn’t help.
Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry you were unhappy with your service but we do make sure to tell all of our customers about the service fee and send text and email reminders about the service fee. We also see you are a return customer so you have paid trip fees with us in the past and quite honestly every service company has a service fee around what ours is at $109 plus tax. If we didn't charge a service fee we would never be able to afford paying for the best technicians, staff, vehicles, overhead, etc. to arrive at your home.

On time, but not experienced. I had all the new parts ready and installed for a quick check / possible "tweak" and the rep was not comfortable! I had to step out and then the rep proceeded to attempt an upsell, offering another specialist for $300-$400?! Disappointed. ~Scott Ps. We broke down and just bought a new one today.
Scott, I am sorry to see you were not happy with your experience but to clarify here are the techs notes from yesterday which they did explain to you: Customer had changed out parts on their own and ordered other parts when the first fix didn’t work they ordered the TCO Kit but the one they got was for a electric dryer when they have a gas one and they ordered an element when gas does not use an element. When I took the back off, the wires weren’t connected and the wrong TCO kit was installed. None of the colors of the wires match the schematics so I was unable to get dryer running. I let customer know I could come back with a senior tech but the wife said she is going it talk to husband about just getting a new dryer.
