Cx has a bad high limit thermostat and would need to be replaced also educated Cx on doing a vent clean will purchase vent cleaning kit and do it them selves complete

Jose was pleasant and professional from the start. He checked our dryer and very quickly identified the issue. Thankfully had the part in the truck, and was done in less than a hour, and actually gave advice to prolong the dryer too as he worked. I absolutely recommend them for service and will use them again.
