Chris was very polite and carefully inspected my gas range to find the leak which was diagnosed by RG &E earlier this week. Once he found the problem he looked up the parts needed for a repair. The cost of repair was significantly more than I wanted to pay & he recommended replacing the range & when I ssked for a brand recommendation he was happy to provide that. I will be sure to call Register appliance Repair for future repair work. Thank you Chris, my new stove from Orville’s will arrive tomorrow !
