We called Register Appliance to take a look at our Bosch dishwasher that had been throwing a code for a week or so. Cristian was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and explained it in a very helpful, straight-forward way. He was very friendly, and easy to talk with. We were concerned about our recently installed hardwood floors getting damaged when the dishwasher was removed for him to inspect, but he was extremely careful removing it from under the counter, and put it back just the way it was with no mess at all left behind. He even insisted on putting the booties on his shoes every time he came in from outside even though I told him not to worry about it since I was planning to mop. The quote for our repair seemed reasonable for what the issue was, but given the age of the dishwasher we opted to just get it replaced. Cristian gave me absolutely no pressure for us to have it fixed even though it would have made more money for the company, and he completely understood our decision. We will definitely call Register Appliance again for any future repairs. Thank you!
