This time the fitting on the copper line was dripping. It wasn?t doing that yesterday when i tried it. I replaced the fitting on the line. I waited about 10 min and watched to make sure it didn?t leak.

Got same day appointment. Technicians arrived on time and quickly determined problem. Provided temporary fix while waiting for new part to arrive. Returned on schedule to install new part. Only issue was that I thought service call charge would be absorbed by actual repair cost like most other companies. 2 separate charges.

Called at 8:00 AM and the servicemen were here by 11:30. Could not find any problem with my washer but spent an hour checking everything out. Assume it was a one time problem, but we have 90 days if the problem reoccurs to have a free service call.
