We have been a satisfied customer for several years. We were customers when John was the Worker/Owner. The water filter has apparently justified our recent purchase. However, I would like to offer my thoughts about what did transpire. A person purchasing a part from Register Appliance probably doesn't accurately caption what normally transpires. I thank you for taking the time to obtain the needed water filter for us. We never had an appointment. Jeff informed me the part would probably be available on the Monday following our phone call. I made a trip late Monday to determine if the part had been received and was informed the part had not been received. Anticipating arrival on Tuesday I made a call to see if the part had been received and was informed again the part had not been received. I requested that I be contacted via i-phone when the part was received. No call on Wednesday which was disappointing. Thursday I called and was informed the part was in. After arriving home with the part I was texted and informed that a representative was on the way to our home. I hope that future transactions would prompt improved communications. I can imagine that the current work load has increased since the "John only" days. I have previously recommended the firm to other friends and family and will continue to do so.
